Dr Gerbrig Harman-Beukema

After I graduatedĀ from Maastricht university medical school Netherlands in 2000, I started my first house officer jobs in England. Having spent some time in Basingstoke and Gloucester I finally settled in Gillingham, Kent. I worked for two years in medicine before switching to general practice.

I enjoy the diversity of general practice; seeing a variety of problems in patients of different ages, is an interesting challenge.

Once I finished my GP training, I got my first job as a salaried GP in Worthing where I worked for six years. In 2013 I joined Arundel Surgery. I work part time, 2.5 days a week.

I am married and have four children. If I am not running after them, I enjoy running around the tennis court!
